Liverpool are readying January bid for West Bromwich striker
Saido Berahino, according to the Daily Mail.
The Reds are on the lookout for a new striker due to Mario
Balotelli's disappointing start to his career at Anfield and the
England Under-21 star is the first name on their hit-list.
Tottenham are another Premier League side showing interest in
Berahino, who is reportedly valued at £25 million.
The West Bromwich graduate started showing signs of promise
last season, when he scored 5 goals in 32 Premier League
outings, before further impressing in the new campaign.
Berahino went on to score 7 goals in first 9 Premiership fixtures
this season, so no wonder he is already being linked with a big
club move.
The 21-year-old scored an injury-time penalty to help the
Baggies avoid home defeat to Crystal Palace.
